目的 探讨抗白念珠菌保护性单抗 1B5的保护机制。方法 分离人颊粘膜上皮细胞并对胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞进行原代培养 ,在此基础上对白念珠菌进行粘附抑制实验。结果 1B5单抗能显著减少人口腔颊粘膜上皮细胞和胎儿脐静脉内皮细胞表面粘附的白念珠菌孢子数目 ,这种抑制作用与 1B5单抗浓度成正比关系。结论 我们认为 1B5单抗抗白念珠菌感染的保护性作用机制是抗体抑制白念珠菌对粘膜上皮、血管内皮细胞的粘附 ,降低了白念珠菌的侵袭能力
Objective To investigate the protective mechanism of Candida albicans protective monoclonal antibody 1B5. Methods Human buccal mucosal epithelial cells were isolated and primary culture of fetal umbilical vein endothelial cells was performed. On the basis of this, Candida albicans adhesion inhibition experiments were carried out. Results 1B5 monoclonal antibody could significantly reduce the number of C. albicans spores adhered to the surface of human buccal epithelial cells and fetal umbilical vein endothelial cells. The inhibitory effect was directly proportional to the concentration of 1B5 mAb. Conclusions We think that the protective mechanism of 1B5 McAb against Candida albicans infection is that the antibody inhibits the adhesion of Candida albicans to mucosal epithelial cells and vascular endothelial cells and reduces the invasiveness of Candida albicans
