分支杆菌噬菌体分型是尚未广泛用于分类及菌属鉴别的一种技术.应用WHO Prague实验中心精心选出的分支杆菌噬菌体可将同种结核分支杆菌可靠地分成三种不同的噬菌体亚组A、B和C.噬菌体分型可以对诊断性分支杆菌培养物意外污染了的具有毒力的分支杆菌菌株加以鉴别.作者应用噬菌体分型得到的11个菌株T_(40)-T_(49)和T_(65),全部在罗氏培养基上获得.结核分支杆菌在罗氏培基上生长成典型的粗糙细小的微黄色菌落.菌株金部转到Sula’s培养基中,每日摇匀,使成一种均匀的悬液.用于噬菌体分型的菌株在RVA24/1琼脂培养基和BCS_2白蛋白复合物培养基上孵育10天.BCS_2培养基的成分为:Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O1克、磷酸二氢钾2.75克、硫酸镁2.25克、中性枸椽
Mycobacteriophage phage typing is a technique that has not been widely used for taxonomy and identification of the genus Mycobacterium tuberculosis is reliably classified into three different phage subgroups A using mycobacteriophages carefully selected from the WHO Prague Laboratory , B and C. Bacteriophage typing identified virulent mycobacterial strains that were accidentally contaminated with diagnostic mycobacterial cultures.The authors used 11 strains T_ (40) -T_ (49) and T_ (65), all obtained on Roche medium.Mycobacterium tuberculosis grows on Roche medium into the typical rough small yellowish colony.Transfer the gold part of the strain to Sula’s medium and shake it daily to make a Homogeneous suspension.The phage typing strain was incubated for 10 days on RVA 24/1 agar and BCS 2 albumin complex medium.The composition of BCS 2 medium was: Na 2 HPO 4 · 12H 2 O 1 g, potassium dihydrogen phosphate 2.75 g , 2.25 grams of magnesium sulfate, neutral citruss
