高等教育现代化模式,既是一种手段化的行为趋向,又是模范化了的活动方式。模式由于揭示了实现教育现代化目标的方法、措施、途径等,因而为人们趋向教育现代化目标的行为提供了一般的手段。本文阐述了高等教育现代化模式的内涵、类型,对西藏高等教育现代化模式作了深入分析,并概括为后发外生型、目标发展型、政府推动型、双重任务型、重心偏低型和切入现代教育思想观念型等6种模式。
The mode of modernization of higher education is not only a trend of instrumental behavior, but also a mode of activity modeled. Since the model reveals the methods, measures and approaches to achieve the goal of modernization of education, it provides a general measure for people’s tendency toward the goal of education modernization. This article expounds the connotation and the type of the mode of higher education modernization and makes an in-depth analysis of the mode of modernization of higher education in Tibet and summarizes the model of post-exogenous, target-oriented, government-driven, dual- Modern educational ideas and other six kinds of patterns.
