课程改革的核心在于课堂教学,虽然课程改革已经进行了十多年,但有效教学仍任重而道远。在国培期间聆听了毛振明、孟文研、陈雁飞等专家的讲座,结合以前听过的各类体育课,反思我们的初中体育课堂教学,感觉有许多老师对体育课堂教学本真把握不准,把心思放在花样、创新等形式上,有的蜻蜓点水,有的花样百出,还有的虚假作秀……一堂课下来,学生如同雾里看花、水中望月,体育知识技能的掌握、体能的增强形同虚设。那么,如何应对现行体育教学存在的问题打造有效课堂呢?现从以下几个方面与同仁们商榷,不足之处敬请指教。

So, how to deal with the existing problems of physical education to create an effective classroom? Here are my colleagues to discuss the following aspects, please advise the inadequacies.
