为了改善精冲用钢的性能,需对中碳以上的钢种进行球化退火处理。在球化退火之前对钢卷进行不同压缩比的塑性变形,研究塑性变形与球化退火后钢的组织和性能的关系。通过实验获得了精冲性能最佳的塑性变形量。
In order to improve the performance of fine blanking steel, the steel above medium carbon needs to be ball-annealed. Before the ball annealing, the steel was subjected to plastic deformation at different compression ratios to study the relationship between the plastic deformation and the microstructure and properties of the steel after the ball annealing. Through experiment, the best plastic deformation capacity of fine blanking performance is obtained.
