以就业为导向,为企业培养高素质的优秀人才是当前英语教育的根本目标。因此,我国各大院校必须摒弃普通的英语教学模式,要与学生的专业特点相结合,使其真正满足学生专业技能方面的需求,以此来提高学生自身综合能力。但是,在当前的英语教育发展过程中,大多数院校对于学生就业工作服务意识薄弱,导致学生完成全部课程以后,无法很好的就业。因此,我根据多年来的工作经验,针对以就业为导向的英语教学改革进行了相关的研究。
Employment-oriented, training high-quality talents for enterprises is the fundamental goal of current English education. Therefore, the major colleges and universities in our country must abandon the common mode of English teaching, combine with the professional characteristics of students to make them truly meet the needs of students’ professional skills, so as to improve their own comprehensive ability. However, during the current development of English education, most institutions are not aware of the employment service of students. As a result, students can not obtain good employment after completing all the courses. Therefore, based on my years of work experience, I conducted relevant research on the employment-oriented reform of English teaching.
