随着社会文化的不断发展,公共图书馆在社会责任上面临着新要求。本文从公共图书馆社会职能与社会责任的概念辨析入手,界定了公共图书馆社会责任的范畴,从“图书馆不仅传播客观知识,更应注重对文化的传承”的角度概括了公共图书馆社会责任的内容,并在此基础上解释公共图书馆承担社会责任对文化发展的重要性。
With the continuous development of social culture, public libraries are facing new demands on social responsibility. This article starts from the concept of social function and social responsibility of public library, defines the category of social responsibility of public library, summarizes the public books from the angle of “library not only spread objective knowledge, but also pay more attention to the inheritance of culture” On the basis of this, it explains the importance of public libraries in their social responsibility to cultural development.
