目前,对齿轮磨损后的修复方法已有不少论述,但对于在60年代问世并在磨机中广泛应用的大变位齿轮却很少涉及。本文在对大变位齿轮磨损后所可能采用的修复方法进行分析比较之后,认为采用大压力角渐开线齿轮可以综合提高齿轮的承载能力。无论弯曲强度、接触强度和在抗胶合耐磨能力上,大压力角齿轮都比20°压力角齿轮优越。所以,近年来,大压力角齿轮在国外已得到广泛地应用。
