联合收割机在总装过程中,要把连接收割台的过桥和主机组装在一起。在国外有些工厂是用机动叉车改装,将过桥提起来,驶近收割机进行装配,在国内有的厂也用同样的方法,其缺点是机动叉车成本高,使用负荷低,不经济。下面介绍一种装过桥的吊具,其制作简单,是值得推广的一种工装。吊具结构如图示。件1,2,4,5,7,8系截面为60×40的矩形钢管,件9是起吊环,它们焊在一起。件3是带有颈脖的定位销,共2件,插入过桥的定位孔
