目的通过对30例脑干出血的患者进行大剂量白蛋白治疗疗效分析,以探讨脑干出血内科疗法的可行性。方法将本院近5年来30例脑干出血的患者行白蛋白治疗并进行疗效分析。结果静脉滴注白蛋白治疗脑干出血具有疗效确切、不良反应少等优点。结论白蛋白治疗脑干出血存在可行性。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of high-dose albumin in 30 patients with brain stem hemorrhage to explore the feasibility of medical treatment of brain stem hemorrhage. Methods Thirty patients with brain stem hemorrhage in our hospital in the recent 5 years underwent albumin therapy and analyzed their curative effect. The results of intravenous albumin treatment of brainstem hemorrhage has the exact effect, fewer adverse reactions and so on. Conclusion Albumin treatment of brainstem hemorrhage is feasible.
