根据宝钢股份业务运作实际,提出了一种基于多层次模糊综合评判法的备件供应商评价模型,从多维度、多层次对备件供应商进行全面评价。为了借助计算机信息系统实现评价的全系统运作,在宝钢采购供应链系统中开发了备件供应商评价子系统。自2009年成功上线运行以来,每年有9 000余人次参与供应商评估,评价周期从手工操作的2个月缩短到15天,大大提升了供应商评价的运作效率、科学性与公正性。目前,相关研究成果已推广应用到宝通钢铁、烟宝、鲁宝等单位。
According to the business operation of Baosteel Co., Ltd., an evaluation model of spare parts suppliers based on multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is proposed. The spare parts suppliers are evaluated comprehensively from multiple dimensions and levels. In order to realize the system-wide operation of evaluation through computer information system, the subsystem of spare parts supplier evaluation was developed in Baosteel procurement and supply chain system. Since its successful launch in 2009, more than 9,000 participants have participated in supplier evaluations each year, reducing the evaluation cycle from two months of manual operation to 15 days, greatly improving the operational efficiency, scientificness and fairness of supplier evaluation. At present, the relevant research results have been applied to Baotong Steel, Tobacco, Lubao and other units.
