洛宁县下陈宋村,位于豫西山区,洛河中下游的河谷地带 1983年以来,小麦赤霉病连年流行危害,产量锐减。1985—1986年,他们采取选用抗、耐赤霉病小麦良种,加强农业防病管理和花期喷洒杀菌药剂的综合措施,收到了显著的防病效果。1985年在赤霉病严重发生的情况下,小麦平均亩产225公斤,比1984年增产105.9％。
