立井延深中井筒砌壁所需混凝土大多采用井下拌制 ,混凝土质量不易保证 ,工人劳动强度大 ,工作效率难以提高 ,且受井下环境限制 ;同时 ,给矿井提升带来压力。新集三矿在风井延深工程中 ,由地面施工混凝土下料孔 ,混凝土搅拌站设在地面 ,拌制好的混凝土经下料孔直接溜至延深辅助水平 ,再转入井筒内溜灰管入模。风井延深工程采用该混凝土输送方式取得了良好效果。
