抽油机整个连接部件中,连接连杆与曲柄的曲柄销总成是其中主要受力件,也是动力传递时的薄弱点。曲柄销主要失效形式有断裂、脱扣、磨损。曲柄销一旦发生故障轻则造成停机,不及时发现可能造成游梁尾轴拉坏,游梁翻机事故。结合高集油田抽油机设备运转实际情况,对抽油机曲柄销典型故障进行分析,提出解决措施,总结管理经验,降低抽油机曲柄销故障率,保障油井正常生产。
