双钢筋是用于钢筋混凝土构件的一种配筋新技术。它是在两根纵向钢筋之间,按一定间距焊以横向短筋而形成的梯格形钢筋。双钢筋在混凝土构件中具有较大的锚着力,设计强度取值高,可相应地减少钢筋用量。双钢筋混凝土构件生产工艺比较简单,养护周期比较短,可节约资金和能源。因此,研究应用双钢筋技术,具有很大的经济意义。
Double reinforcement is a new reinforcement technology for reinforced concrete components. It is a trapezoidal steel bar formed by welding short horizontal ribs at a certain distance between two vertical bars. The double steel bar has a larger anchoring force in the concrete member, and the design strength has a high value, and the amount of reinforcing bar can be reduced accordingly. The production process of double-reinforced concrete components is relatively simple and the maintenance cycle is relatively short, which can save capital and energy. Therefore, it is of great economic significance to study the application of double steel reinforcement technology.
