2005年国务院颁发了《关于大力发展职业教育的决定》,我国职业教育迎来了一个崭新的时代。各职业院校的招生人数逐年增加,但也在思想教育方面带来了很多问题。许多在高中表现和成绩较好的学生都考入了本科院校,造成进入职业院校学习的部分学生生源素质相对较低,这就给高职院校的德育教育及学生管理带来了很大困难。
