本文利用前几个季度的相关统计数据,分析了城乡居民收入和分行业劳动力成本的变化趋势,并用计量模型分析了经济增速对劳动力成本的影响。在2012年1季度经济增速放缓的情况下,城乡居民收入保持了良好的上升趋势,但在未来几个季度保持这种趋势的难度不小。分行业的人均工资水平显示,2012年1季度劳动力成本也保持了上涨的趋势,从中长期的角度看,经济增速的加快会推动劳动力成本的上升。在实证分析的基础上,本文最后提出了提高居民收入和应对劳动力成本上升的政策建议。
Based on the statistical data of previous quarters, this paper analyzes the trend of urban-rural resident income and labor cost in different industries, and analyzes the impact of economic growth on labor cost by using the econometric model. With the slowdown in economic growth in 1Q12, the income of urban and rural residents maintained a good upward trend, but maintaining this trend is not difficult in the coming quarters. The per-capita wage level of different industries shows that the labor cost in the first quarter of 2012 also maintained its upward trend. In the medium and long term, the acceleration of economic growth will push up labor costs. Based on the empirical analysis, the paper finally put forward some policy recommendations to improve the income of residents and to deal with the rising cost of labor.
