Through the design principle, system control strategy and the specific control algorithm of intelligent measurement and control system of the production line of the interactive cable, as well as the analysis of the interrelated relationship between the controlled object and the control system, the feasibility, rationality and reliability of the design of the control system are illustrated. The actual result of putting the production line into the production line of the cable production line proves the successful design of the monitoring and control system
