近年来,江苏省收费管理工作按照科学发展观的要求,围绕“促发展、推改革、稳价格、安民生”的工作主线,以完善资源环境价费体系和缓解民生价费矛盾为重点,以规范价费行为、建立健全价费监管制度为突破口,坚持深化改革、创新机制、治乱减负、优化环境,为促进江苏经济社会又好又快发展做了大量卓有成效的工作。然而,随着形势的发展变化,尤其金融危机给经济社会发展带来负面影响,收费工作面临着诸多矛盾和问题。本文就创新收费监管思路作粗浅探讨。
