各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,防城港区,区直各委、办、厅、局:根据国务院关于加强国有资产管理工作的通知(国发[1990]38号)精神,现结合我区实际情况,对我区加强国有资产管理工作的几个问题作如下通知,请和国发(1990)38号文一并贯彻执行。一、在全区范围内有计划、分步骤地开展清查资产、核实国家资金,摸清国有资产家底(简称清产核资)的工作。从现在起,各地、市、县财政部门和国有资产管理部门要分别选择本地区一至二个企业进行清产核
In accordance with the spirit of the State Council’s notice on strengthening the management of state-owned assets (Guo Fa [1990] No. 38), all local administrative offices, cities, counties and autonomous county people’s governments, the Liu Tie and Fangchenggang districts and commissions, In light of the actual conditions in our region, we hereby notify you of the following issues concerning the strengthening of the management of state-owned assets in our area. Please implement it with Document No. 38 of Guo Fa (1990). I. Conducting the work of inventorying assets, verifying state funds in a planned and step-by-step manner in the whole region and figuring out the bottom of State-owned assets (hereinafter referred to as clearing assets). From now on, the finance departments and state-owned assets administration departments of all localities, cities and counties should choose one or two enterprises in the region for clearance of nuclear production respectively
