从社区居民需求特征的角度出发,以社区服务的支持系统和服务内容两个方面描述社区服务的现状,通过分析发现南宁市社区提供的服务与居民的实际需求存在缺口,即社区服务供不应求。本文从微观层面描述服务类社会组织是如何具体介入到南宁市社区服务的,通过案例剖析其现存问题,并从政策制定、明确各方责权、增加各方互动等方面提出对策,以促进社区服务体系的构建。
From the perspective of community residents’ demand characteristics, this paper describes the status quo of community service from the perspectives of community service support system and service content. According to the analysis, we find there is a gap between the actual needs of community service and residents in Nanning. That is, community service is in short supply. This article describes how the service-oriented social organization intervenes specifically to serve the community in Nanning from a micro-level, analyzes its existing problems through case studies, and proposes countermeasures from the aspects of policy making, clarifying the responsibilities and rights of all parties, and increasing the interaction between all parties so as to promote the community Construction of service system.
