INTRODUCTION Power spectrum analysis originated in the early part of this century, but for quite some time there was controversy over the two different approaches to developing instrumentation or numerical analysis. The prevailing view is that instrument simulation methods are more suitable for rapid analysis of large quantities of data. Although the numerical analysis can achieve higher accuracy, but the computational efficiency is low, more suitable for a small amount of data processing in the low frequency range. With the development of modern test recording equipment, the widespread use of large-scale high-speed computers, especially the rapid payouts proposed in the 1960s
