編輯同志: 讀了“人民教育”1956年10月号發表的“校長的时間哪里去了”一文,我从自己亲身体驗中,有些不同的意見。学校校長不能专心搞教学工作,經常被一些会議和事务性工作所纏繞,确是近几年来一个較普遍和較严重的問題。我以为校長不能务正業虽有一定的客观原因,但是校長本身也需要檢查一下,自己的工作方法有無缺点,不能完全强調客观原因。
Editor’s comrade: I read “People’s Education” October 1956 issue of “where the time of the principal went” article, I personally experience from myself, some different opinions. It is indeed a more common and serious problem in recent years that school principals can not concentrate on their teaching work and are often entangled in meetings and business affairs. I think principals can not correct the cause although there are some objective reasons, but the principal itself also need to check whether there is any shortcomings in their working methods, can not fully emphasize the objective reasons.
