对于表面处理溶液规范的调整,必须依赖分析结果,按常规分析难于做到,以我厂磷化为例,全分析一次需8小时,无法及时调整槽液配方。本文根据生产的需要,完成了磷化液中游离酸、总酸,五氧化二磷、锌、锰、铁及硝酸根的高速系统分析.7分钟可报出结果。本文作了以下的技术改进:1.用阿拉伯树胶抑制磷钒钼黄络合物与磷化液中表面活性剂产生沉淀的问题。2.用六偏磷酸钠和草酸铵在pH5.5~6.5联合掩蔽锰铁,用EDTA滴定锌,再调至pH10解蔽滴定锰.取代了剧毒的氰化钾掩蔽,甲醛解蔽法.

In this paper, according to the needs of production, we completed the high-speed system analysis of free acid, total acid, phosphorus pentoxide, zinc, manganese, iron and nitrate in phosphating solution. The following technical improvements have been made in this paper: 1. Use of gum arabic to inhibit the precipitation of phosphotungstic molybdovanad complex and phosphating solution. 2. Use sodium hexametaphosphate and ammonium oxalate to mask the ferromanganese together at pH 5.5 ~ 6.5, titrate the zinc with EDTA, and then adjust the titration manganese to pH 10. Remove the toxic potassium cyanide concealment and the formaldehyde decontamination method.
