以四川合江康博大桥索塔锚固区为研究对象,采用模型试验和有限元分析相结合的方法,研究了井字形预应力钢束预应力损失及增设钢拉杆的箱壁锚固形式应力分布规律,并最终确定了索力、钢拉杆以及混凝土结构三者之间的传力规律,证明锚固结构设计合理。试验表明:井字形预应力损失较小,增设钢拉杆有利于箱壁锚固形式的应力分布,承载力符合设计要求。
Taking the anchorage zone of Pylon of Hejiang Kangbo Bridge in Sichuan as the research object, the stress distribution law of the prestressing loss and the anchorage form of box girder with additional steel tie rods were studied by the combination of model test and finite element analysis. Finally, the law of force transmission between the cable force, the steel tie rod and the concrete structure is confirmed, and the design of the anchoring structure is proved to be reasonable. The test shows that the prestressing loss of the well-shaped shape is small, and the additional steel tie rod is conducive to the stress distribution in the form of anchorage in the box wall. The bearing capacity meets the design requirements.
