目的为切实保障放射工作人员的职业安全和身体健康及受检者有一个安全的辐射就医环境,我们就本市医用X射线工作场所的防护设施情况进行了调查分析,以便及时发现问题予以改进。方法统一调查内容既对放射工作人员与受检者防护用品、机房通风、工作指示灯、辐射标志五项进行实地现场查验并如实记录。结果本次共调查全市所属区域的145个医用放射工作单位的213个放射工作场所,其五项总符合率为84.6%。其中市直单位全部符合。县直单位仅有个别项不合要求。乡、社区及民营单位各项均有不符合要求的项目。结论全市医用X射线放射工作场所整体放射防护设施状况良好。大部分都符合国家相关要求,仅有少数需要进一步加强整改。
Objectives To effectively protect the occupational safety and health of radiation workers and to provide a safe radiation environment for medical examinations, we conducted a survey and analysis on the protective facilities in our medical X-ray workplaces in order to find out the problems we improved in a timely manner. Methods The contents of the unified investigation conducted on-the-spot inspection on the spot and truthfully recorded radiological staff and protective equipment of the subjects, ventilation of the engine room, work lights and radiation signs. Results A total of 213 radiation workplaces of 145 medical radiological work units in the area under the jurisdiction of the city were surveyed. The total coincidence rate of the five items was 84.6%. One of the city directly under the unit. County straight units only individual items not meet the requirements. Township, community and private units all have items that do not meet the requirements. Conclusion The overall radiation protection facilities of medical X-ray radiation in the city are in good condition. Most of them meet the relevant national requirements, only a few need to further strengthen the rectification.
