兰坪县是国家级贫困县之一、也是矿产资源富集地区之一。近几年随着人民银行支农再贷款的有效投入,农村信用社逐步增强了支持农村经济实力,逐步扩大和拓宽了支农服务领域,逐年加大了支农投放,农业资金结构不断得到调整,农民贷款难问题逐步得到解决,农村信用社在社会上逐步树立了支农主力军的形象。因此,如何正确地用好、用活支农再贷款已经成为各有关方面的关注焦点,带着这一问题,我们于9月24日至30日对兰坪县农村信用社支农再贷款运用情况进行了调查。

Year after year, the rural credit cooperatives have increased their investment in supporting agriculture and the agricultural capital structure has been continuously adjusted , The problem of peasants’ loans was gradually solved, and the rural credit cooperatives gradually set up the image of supporting peasants in the society. Therefore, how to properly make good use of the loans for livelihood support has become the focus of all parties concerned. With this issue, we applied the policy of supporting rural credit cooperatives in Lanping County from September 24 to September 30 The situation was investigated.
