本研究阐明妊娠大鼠暴露于香烟烟雾和及其主要成分CO中对仔鼠生长发育的影响。选雌性Wistar大鼠,在自然光线,22.5~26.5℃的条件下饲养。妊娠后的雌鼠放在0.532m~3的笼内分别暴露于香烟烟雾和1200 ppm的CO中,从0~20天,每天两次,共81分钟。对照组吸入室内空气。每天中午检查分娩情况,发现新生的仔鼠计其日龄为0天,同时称体重,调整每窝仔鼠为6只(雌雄各3只)。从0~30天观察仔鼠的体重和身体指标(耳翼展开,前后趾分离,上下门齿的长出及耳和眼的张开情况)。每天观察9小时,检查仔鼠的反
This study illustrates the effects of exposing pregnant rats to cigarette smoke and its major component CO on the growth and development of offspring. Female Wistar rats were bred under natural light at 22.5-26.5 ℃. Pregnant females were exposed to cigarette smoke and 1200 ppm of CO in a 0.532 to 3 cages for 0 to 20 days twice daily for 81 minutes. Control group inhaled indoor air.
