近几年,我国生猪价格波动频繁,“蛛网现象”异常明显。养猪生产得不到稳定发展,养殖户稍有不慎便赔得血本无归,给养猪企业带来沉重的打击。整个产业链面临着无法回避的风险。而期货可以提供一个供需均衡的远期价格,为从业者提供一个进行科学决策的依据,从而减弱生猪价格的“蛛网现象”。因此,建立和完善生猪期货市场,发挥期货市场发现价格和套期保值功能以规避现货市场的价格风险的呼声也越来越高。在去年的两会上,全国人大代表、唐人神集团董事长陶一山曾提交了上市生猪期货的议案。今年的两会上大连商品交易所总经理朱玉辰在提交的议案中也建议在大商所推出生猪期货交易。推出生猪期货可以进一步完善生猪市场体系,稳定生猪生产与消费,切实提高农民收入,推动生猪产业持续健康发展。基于此,我们本期来关注生猪期货市场的建立和生猪期货交易的话题,为各养猪企业提供相关知识以及国家对期货市场的监管制度,以期帮助各企业了解期货市场,化解价格风险,确保行业生产及供求顺畅发展。
In recent years, China’s pig prices fluctuate frequently, “cobweb phenomenon ” exceptionally obvious. Pig production can not be a stable development, farmers will lose a little carelessly lose everything, to bring a heavy blow to the pig business. The entire industrial chain is facing the risk of unavoidable. Futures, on the other hand, can provide a forward price balanced supply and demand and provide practitioners with a basis for making scientific decisions, thereby weakening the “cobweb phenomenon” in hog prices. Therefore, the establishment and improvement of the pig futures market, to play the futures market to find the price and hedging function to avoid the spot market price risk is also getting louder and louder. At last year’s two sessions, Tao Yishan, chairman of the National People’s Congress and chairman of the Tang God Group, submitted a motion on the listing of pig futures. Zhu Yuchen, general manager of Dalian Commodity Exchange, suggested in the motion submitted at the two sessions this year also recommend the introduction of a pig futures contract at DCE. The introduction of pig futures can further improve the pig market system, stabilize pig production and consumption, effectively increase farmers’ income, and promote the sustainable and healthy development of pig industry. Based on this, we focus on the issue of the establishment of the futures market for pigs and live pig futures in this issue, providing relevant knowledge to pig companies and the regulatory regime for the futures market in the country so as to help companies understand the futures market, defuse price risks and ensure Industry production and supply and demand developed smoothly.
