In order to meet the needs of the four modernizations and to expand the academic role of blasting disciplines in various departments of the national economy, the Professional Committee of Engineering Blasting was established with the approval of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Society of Mechanics. 1984 June 5 to 11 held in blasting professional committee set up and working conference in Guangzhou, attended the meeting with the Chinese Society of Mechanical Engineers, Comrade Ding Bing, director of the Office paid gold and comrades, and professional committee members and invited representatives a total of 32 people.
