粉末冶金方法制取的Ti—32Mo合金制品与熔炼加工材一样,在非氧化性介质中有优良的抗蚀性能。采用粉冶法生产钛合金制件,由于提高了成品率和缩短了工艺,制造的零件不需机械加工或只需很少机械加工,故有可能降低成本,同时由于组织均匀,可使材料性能得以改善。本文介绍了钛粉化学成分、钛粉粒度、成型压力、烧结温度、烧结时间等对Ti—32Mo烧结体密度、硬度、强度、腐蚀性能的影响。文中还对研究中的一些问题进行初步分析。
