目前,我国职业教育经费来源仍然比较单一,财政投入和事业收费之外的其他社会力量投入仍然非常薄弱(见图8-3),多渠道增加职业教育经费的局面尚未真正形成。建立健全职业教育多元投入的机制是我国促进职业教育持续健康发展的一项长期战略,见表8-3。当前激励社会力量投入职业教育的政策趋向是鼓励社会力量捐资、出资兴办职业教育,拓宽办学筹资渠道。其工作重心体现在四个方面,见表8-4。
At present, the sources of funding for vocational education in our country are still relatively simple. The input of other social forces beyond financial input and business fees is still very weak (see Figure 8-3). The situation of increasing funding for vocational education through multiple channels has not yet come into being. The establishment and improvement of a multi-input mechanism for vocational education is a long-term strategy for promoting the sustained and healthy development of vocational education in our country. See Table 8-3. The current policy of encouraging social forces to invest in vocational education is to encourage social forces to donate funds, set up vocational education and broaden the channel for funding for running schools. Its focus of work is reflected in four aspects, as shown in Table 8-4.
