《幼儿园工作规程》明确指出,幼儿园的任务是实行保育与教育相结合的原则,对幼儿实施体、智、德、美诸方面全面发展的教育,促进其身心和谐发展。归纳为一句话,即幼儿园要培养幼儿的综合素质。我园重新组织教师学习有关素质教育的理论,使全体教职工认识素质教育的意义,更全面、清晰地了解素质教育的内涵,从而对如何推进幼儿素质教育形成共识,并建立起幼儿素质教育的运作机制。
