我国属于胃癌高发地区,全世界约有45%的胃癌病例发生在中国。胃癌发病有明显的地域性差别,在我国的西北与东部沿海地区胃癌发病率比南方地区明显偏高。胃癌高发年龄在50岁以上,男女发病率之比为2:1。近年来,胃癌发病有逐渐年轻化趋势,因此,青年人也要警惕胃癌的偷袭。胃癌病因很复杂,诱发因素也很多。目前认为,以下5种因素是胃癌发生的重要诱因。
