鲁迅先生说过:“懂得珍惜的人才能真正懂得生活,学会了珍惜的人生活才能更加美好。”可见,懂得珍惜、学会珍惜是全体教育人的必要素质。在当今,很多教师不懂得珍惜师生间的感情。尤其是对于学习成绩不好、经常违纪的学生,缺少耐心和正确的引导,更谈不上去爱这些学生了。缺少了爱的教育,是苍白的,缺少了爱的教育,也是可悲的。作为教师,如何去爱学生,尤其是去爱学习习惯不好、成绩较差的学困生,这应该是我们所有老师值得探讨研究的课题。我作为一名从教二十多
