本文报告用等电点聚焦电泳查得致乏库蚊雌性成蚊全虫酯酶同工酶谱有16条酶带,酶谱中有胆硷酯酶、羧酸酯酶和芳族酯酶;微小按蚊酯酶谱有酶带10条,酶谱中有胆硷酯酶和羧酸酯酶;大劣按蚊酶谱有9条酶带,酶谱中有胆硷酯酶和羧酸酯酶.八种杀虫剂中,敌百虫、巴沙、5602、氯戊菊酯、S~2和Pb对上述三种蚊虫的胆硷酯酶和羧酸酯酶均有抑制作用,对前者的抑制尤为明显.
