本文对缺碘大鼠弓状核神经细胞中 NLB 进行了电镜观察。结果表明:NLB 数量增多,大小不等,形态各异。结构疏松,边界不清的 NLB 与粗面内质网和游离核蛋白体关系密切。结构略致密,电子密度较强的 NLB 常被粗面内质网半包绕。结构致密边界清楚的NLB 常孤立存在于细胞质中。在 NLB 存在的细胞中,细胞核形态不规则,核仁易见并靠近核膜。有的细胞中,次级溶酶体数量增多,体积增大。
In this paper, NLB in iodine-deficient rat arcuate nucleus was observed by electron microscopy. The results showed that the number of NLBs increased with different sizes and varied in form. Loose structure, unclear boundary NLB and rough endoplasmic reticulum and free ribosomes are closely related. The structure is slightly dense, dense electron density of NLB often surrounded by rough endoplasmic reticulum. The densely packed NLBs often exist in the cytoplasm. In the presence of NLB cells, the nucleus is irregular in shape, and the nucleolus is easily visible and near the nuclear membrane. In some cells, the number of secondary lysosomes increases and their volume increases.
