在学校举办18岁成人礼前夕,老师让孩子给家长写一封信,家长也给孩子写一封信,双方在仪式上交换。这可以说是家长和孩子的隔空应答,是在日常相处之外的一种“对话”。借这个机会,家长写出了面对孩子没有说出的话,孩子也说出了隐埋在内心的诸多成长中的感受,因为真实,所以珍贵。而今,这封信的主人已经就读于湖南大学,开始了大学生活。他成长中那些细微却记忆深刻的感受,或许会引起一些还在漫漫求学路途上奋斗的孩子的共鸣。每个人的青春期都不一样,但镶嵌其中的痛与痒、苦与乐、困惑与感悟、挣扎与努力或许有部分的相似……
