昆明市卫生局妇幼科,为了总结经验进行追访调查100例节育环宫内避孕效果分析如下:(一)使用避孕环的副作用:1.付作用种类与频度(如麦一)。有轻重付作用者共78人,不规则阴道流血有47人,腰腹疼痛18人,因付作用取环者26人。据石溶氏报告发生付作用多少与节育环原料有关,如使用金属制品发生付作用者占29.4%,因付作用取出节育环者占5.2%。使用塑料制品350例中发生付作用58例占16.5%,有12例必须取出占3.5%,与我市相差尚远。100例中取环者即占26%,估计与我们开
