[目的]为评价氯啶菌酯的潜在环境风险和其安全使用提供科学依据。[方法]参考经济合作与发展组织(OECD)化学品测试准则鱼类胚胎-卵黄囊吸收阶段的短期毒性试验方法,研究氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎发育的致死、致畸和对孵化率等影响。[结果]氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎的发育具有延迟作用,能降低孵化率、存活率和心率,并引起卵黄囊畸形、心包囊肿、脊柱弯曲等畸形症状。[结论]氯啶菌酯对斑马鱼胚胎发育具有明显的毒性作用,对生态环境具有潜在危害。
[Objective] The research aimed to provide a scientific basis for evaluating the potential environmental risks of chlorothalonil and its safe use. [Method] With reference to the OECD guidelines for testing chemicals, the short-term toxicity test of fish embryo-yolk sac absorption stage was carried out to study the lethality, teratogenicity and hatching rate of zoolidosis in zebrafish embryo development influences. [Result] Chlorothalonil delayed the development of zebrafish embryos, reduced the hatching rate, survival rate and heart rate, and caused deformity of yolk sac, pericardial cyst and spine. [Conclusion] Chlorothalonil has obvious toxic effect on zebrafish embryo development, which has potential harm to the environment.
