本文研究的目的是探讨结局良好的妊娠于胎动时胎心率加速的比率与胎龄的关系。研究对象为242例围产期正常孕妇,新生儿出生后1分钟 Ap-gar 评分≥7;新生儿出生体重大于第10百分位数;分娩时无胎儿宫内窘迫。胎龄需根据临床资料过期妊娠要按照 Dobowitz 氏标准来定。研究工作由有经验的助产士进行,病人取半卧
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between fetal heart rate and gestational age at a favorable outcome during pregnancy. The subjects were 242 pregnant women with normal perinatal period, Ap-gar score ≥7 at 1 minute after birth. The birth weight of newborns was greater than the 10th percentile. There was no fetal distress at delivery. Gestational age according to clinical data should be in accordance with the Dobowitz standard pregnancy. The research was carried out by an experienced midwife and the patient was half lying
