厌氧菌感染在细菌性感染中最易误诊,所幸简化的厌氧培养及鉴定方法的运用以及医学工作者对厌氧菌及其重要性认识的日益深入,使这一问题正在减少。近年来在成人,厌氧菌已确定为感染的常见病因,其所致各种类型的感染已有较多报导,但小儿厌氧菌感染报导尚少,为了引起广大儿科工作者对本病的重视,特将有关问题综述于后。
