扁平茎多花多荚大豆种质是黑龙江省农科院合江农科所在1987年从美国引入的后代材料,1988～1989年进行连续整理,1990年稳定后决选而成,编号为合87U-65。合87U-65为有限结荚习性,植株高大繁茂。茎扁平,有分枝,秆强。叶圆形,花白色,多花,茸毛棕色。荚弯镰形,荚熟褐色,无节间。2～3粒荚多、结荚密,顶荚丰富,花荚环生。子粒圆球形,种皮黄色,有光泽,脐褐色。百粒重20g左右,生育日数
