我们506小组的全组工人在党的正确领导下,从今年年初开始就一直坚持了苦干、突干、巧干相结合的精神,冲破了在完成任务中所遇到的原料、设备、技术力量不足的重重困难,通过大闹技术革新,改进工具设备,培养技术力量,开展了以突破三关(技术、设备、原料)为内容的红旗竞赛运动,在四月十四日,仅以三个半月的时间,就完成了1959年全年的跃进计划,产量比1958年提高了三倍多,获得了长春市“红旗标兵小组”的光荣称号。从四月十六日起,我们已经开始干明年的活,提前八个半月跨进了1960年。
