随着我国逐步向市场经济体制转型,企业受到的竞争压力日益加剧。预算管理作为企业经营过程中的重要财务管理手段,对提高企业经济效益,促进企业可持续发展具有重要意义。然而现阶段很多企业的预算管理仍然存在些许问题,以下本文就对当前企业预算管理中存在的问题作为切入点,并提出几点相应的完善对策,希望能为相关人士提供些许参考作用。
As our country gradually transitions to a market economy, the competitive pressure on enterprises is aggravating day by day. As an important means of financial management in the process of enterprise management, budget management is of great significance to improving the economic efficiency of enterprises and promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. However, at present, there are still some problems in the budget management of many enterprises. The following article takes the current problems in the enterprise budget management as the starting point, and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, hoping to provide relevant reference for some people.
