本文分析了2010年以来中职和高职学校学生性病、艾滋病知识掌握水平、获取途径及需求意愿,对婚前性行为的态度、性行为的发生情况及安全套使用情况以及性传播疾病的发病情况,得出职业类学生的AIDS知识知晓率不高,知识存在片面性,缺乏安全防护意识,性教育严重匮乏。性观念开放、不安全性行为发生率高,艾滋病、性病传播发生比例远高于其它同龄在校生,在我国职业教育飞速发展的今天,系统、全面地对职业类学生加强性病/艾滋病防治知识教育迫在眉睫。
This article analyzes the knowledge of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV / AIDS in primary and secondary vocational schools since 2010, the knowledge acquisition level, the access to and needs, the attitude toward premarital sex, the occurrence of sexual behaviors, the use of condoms and the incidence of sexually transmitted diseases. The result shows that the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge is not high, the one-sided knowledge exists, the lack of awareness of safety protection and the serious shortage of sex education. Sexuality is open, the incidence of unsafe sex is high, and the proportion of AIDS and STD transmission is far higher than that of other school-age students.
