铁氰复盐在工业生产上有广泛的用途,虽然这类化合物本身毒性甚微,但其分解产物游离氰化物对鱼类及腐败微生物均有毒害,因而测定铁氰复盐溶液中游离氰氢酸已成为一个重要的问题。本文提出了康威氏皿扩散法,从含有铁氰复盐的污水样品中分离游离氰化物,而后进行测定。此法简单易行,不需特殊仪器,可在控制pH条件下进行分离,因此适用于常规分析,其操作方法如下:吸取1.5N氢氧化钾溶液6毫升,加入康威氏皿中心池内,另取pH7磷酸二氢钾-氢氧化钠缓冲液5毫升于皿的外池。
