本文对TiAl基合金表面渗碳处理试样进行了研究。结果表明:在一定渗碳工艺条件下,渗碳层出现分层现象,此种渗碳层具有良好的热稳定性和抗氧化性,它的形成较大幅度地提高了TiAl基合金高温抗氧化性能。
In this paper, TiAl-based alloy surface carburized samples were studied. The results show that under certain carburizing conditions, the carburizing layer delaminates. The carburized layer has good thermal stability and oxidation resistance. Its formation greatly improves the high temperature oxidation resistance of TiAl-based alloy performance.
