“Khmer Smile - Angkor Art and Culture Cambodia” exhibition is an introduction of outreach by the Capital Museum, the Cultural Relics Research Institute of the State Cultural Relics Bureau and the National Museum of Cambodia. The exhibition project originated in the Chinese government to aid Cambodia to repair Angkor monuments. From 1996 to the present, in recent 20 years, the Cultural Relics Research Institute under the State Administration of Cultural Heritage took on the important mission of our country’s assistance to Cambodia in rehabilitating the monuments of Angkor.
