介绍一种新的磁场传感器的原理 ,传感元件为贴在等腰三角梁上的光纤光栅。实验上测得该传感器的灵敏度为 18.1T/nm,与理论值 17.6 T/nm相吻合。
The principle of a new magnetic field sensor is introduced. The sensing element is a fiber grating attached to the isosceles triangular beam. The sensitivity of this sensor is 18.1 T / nm experimentally, which is consistent with the theoretical value of 17.6 T / nm.
